- 3 / 5By chuy AlvaradoI give them 3 stars because the food is not completely authentic it has an American twist almost like Chipotle. Another reason is because the onion for the tacos is diced pretty huge I am a superintendent so I know my measurements and that onion was on average 1 inch long, it's supposed to be diced smaller and the meat was not heated all the way some chunks were a bit to the cold side. And the roasted chiles and onions were cold they should keep them over the iron grill or roast them as people request.September 21, 2016
